UbiPharm Gabon and UbiPharm Sénégal

The UbiPharm Group, a major player in the distribution chain of pharmaceutical products in French-speaking Black Africa and in the French overseas departments and territories, announces the departure of the Managing Director of UbiPharm Gabon, Mr. Mama THIAM. Mr. Osagyevo NGAKA will succeed him as of July 1, 2021.

Dr Osagyevo NGAKA, a pharmacist trained at the University of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, joined the UbiPharm team 6 years ago as Operations Pharmacist, before becoming Commercial Pharmacist.

Dr Mama THIAM, who has been with the UbiPharm group for 15 years, was General Manager of UbiPharm Gabon since 2014. Dr THIAM is transferred and appointed General Manager of UbiPharm Senegal.

Dr Cheik Tedjani SIDIBE, who joined the company 20 years ago, was General Manager in Gabon in 2005, General Manager in Burkina Faso in 2014, and General Manager in Senegal since 2017. Mr SIDIBE will take up a new position in the Group by assuming the role of Deputy Director Africa.
